This is a true story! See, out where I live (Texoma, which is an area between the Texas and Oklahoma borders) the summers tend to be very dry. This year, however, things were quite an extreme in the other direction. For the past few weeks we've gotten massive rainfall—enough that cities have been flooding. The city I go to college at was even on the national news. It's pretty ironic that last year I did a comic about El Blargo flooding Canada with melted ice from his fier spells, and then this year my area gets flooded! Behold, the return of Water Cannon Zelse! His second flight is in honor of the USAF's 60th anniversary! I'm an Air Force brat, so sue me.
